Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes, we can ship pretty much anywhere. However any shipments outside of Europe will need to be dealt with outside of the Website - so please contact us via e-mail should you wish to
place an order.
Do you offer discounts for Large/Team/Group orders?

You can order direct through the website, Phone, or E-mail.
Order Tracking?
All the products we ship are track-able. We will provide you with tracking details for Courier shipments as a matter of course and we can provide tracking details for postal orders on
request.
Do you ship to BFPO addresses?
Yes - though there is now a 2.5kg limit on these packages, so any orders may need to be split to accommodate this requirement. Typically we don't charge postage for BFPO shipments -
please contact us for details.
Is your site secure?
Yes, we offer as much security as possible. The entire site is run from a secure server and all credit card transactions are handled by our secure payments provider. Our privacy

Can I pre-order something that is out of stock?
We can order items in especially for a customer, though obviously this is heavily dependant on availability with our suppliers - please contact us for further information.
