If you dont have a vest with Molle loops or don’t need an IFAK pouch, but you are not willing to compromise on carrying  First Aid Essentials, then here is the solution.

The small pouch takes all you need to help yourself or your buddy when in serious trouble. Together with the wounddressing in your pocket it contains the utmost important things, stored in a 5.56 double magpouch (If you use a triple pouch you can add a tourniquet etc too)

The red pulling loop indicates where medkit is stored, allowing for quick and easy access.
